roles

#1

What are the separate user roles and their permissions?

e.g. What does the SEO role have access to?

#2

There are multiple user roles and permissions. All users are managed by Site Administrators. Users may have access to multiple Zesty.io instances depending on the build. Assigned roles are instance specific, meaning if you have two sites, a single Zesty.io user could have developer access to one, but only contributor access to another.

Owner - Access to Content, Media, Leads, Social Curator, SEO, Content Configurator, and Code Editor sections in the Brand Epicenter. In Zesty.io accounts they can access the billing section and assign admins. Owners can publish both content and code, and can invite users to Brand Epicenters.

Admin - Access to Content, Media, Leads, Social Curator, SEO, Content Configurator, and Code Editor sections. Admins can publish both content and code, and can invite users to Brand Epicenters.

Developer - Access to Content, Media, Leads, Social Curator, SEO, Content Configurator, and Code Editor sections. Developers may publish both content and code.

SEO - Access to Content, Media, Social Curator, SEO, Content Configurator, and Code Editor sections. SEO users may edit and publish both content and code so they can update keywords, and relevant HTML tags.

Publisher - Access to Content, Media, Leads, and Social Curator sections. Publishers may edit, authorize, and publish both content and update meta titles and descriptions.

Contributor - Access to Content, Media, and Social Curator sections. Contributors can manage and add new content to be saved for review, but cannot not publish new content. To publish new content, contributors must submit a workflow request to a user with publishing access.
